Memorable Moments by Ladle n Wok is a Bay Area event planning, design and catering team. Our services, packages and approach are described on the relevant service pages. Information on the site is provided for general purposes — specific scope, deliverables and pricing for your event live in the proposal we prepare for you.

Submitting an inquiry through our forms or by email is not a contract. It is an invitation for the team to respond. We are not obligated to take on every event, and you are not obligated to book us based on a reply or a proposal.

We aim to respond to every inquiry within one business day. Most events begin with a 30-minute call to understand your vision, your budget and your priorities before we send a proposal.

Booking the team for an event is finalised through a separate, written services agreement. That agreement — not these Terms — governs the scope of services, deliverables, payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling, force majeure, and any other event-specific matters. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your services agreement, the services agreement controls.

Until that agreement is signed and your initial payment clears, no event date is reserved.

All content on this site — photographs, copy, layout, identity marks — belongs to the team or to the photographers and creators we partner with, and is provided for your information only.

— You may share links to the site freely.

— You may not copy, reproduce, or republish photographs, videos or copy from the site without written permission.

— Photographs of past events are shared with the families involved. If you recognise yourself in a photograph and would prefer it not be displayed, email us and we will remove it within ten business days.

The site is provided "as is". Pricing, package inclusions, sample menus, and process details are accurate as of the date published; they may change without notice. We make no warranty that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your reliance on information on it. Liability under any services agreement is governed by that agreement's own limitation-of-liability terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from your use of this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted with a notice on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.
